When creating your free Will select the Load more charities button to view all charities in the directory. If you’re still having trouble finding your chosen charity in the list select Add Charity +.

Without a will, you run the risk of dying ‘intestate’, and your assets being distributed to your next of kin according to the rules of intestacy. This may include surviving relatives you may not have chosen to inherit your assets.

If you are expecting a baby, come back and add them once they are born, by logging into your account and updating your Will at any time.

Marriage generally revokes an existing Will. Accordingly, if your marital status changes, you should come back and update your will.

Your residual estate is everything you own after all debts have been paid and any specific gifts set out in your Will have been distributed.

Although the state has discretion to provide for dependants, if there is no will, someone will need to submit an application to the relevant authorities to secure your estate for them.
